Stand Up Paddle boarding is the latest craze so join our Paddle Board Tour Lisbon.

Whether you’re looking for a full workout on the water or seek the high speed excitement of wave surfing, you´ve come to the right place. Our SUP Experience and sessions will help you develop fundamental skills such as balance, effective paddling/stroke, steering and falling/recovery techniques.

The Oeiras Marina is the perfect location to learn the basics, develop endurance for longer paddles and introduce you to the skill of wave surfing. No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome.

You do not need any particular swimming skills either, as long as you can swim. Children are most welcome above 7 years old.

We had an amazing two hours paddle boarding. We were a group of 6 with varying levels of ability, we all enjoyed it and the instructor was great at catering to the different levels. We would have all gone back the following day had we not been flying back to London.
